The global sport's nutrition market size was valued at $45.24 billion in 2023 and is expected to expand at a compound annual growth rate of 7.5% between 2024 to 2030. Despite the vast range of products available, one demographic is often neglected. In 2021, only 0.0005% of new products in the food & drink and health & hygiene space targeted over-55s directly.
An active lifestyle and regular exercise are the most effective preventative health measures against old age. To a demographic where energy levels are generally lower and recovery is significantly harder, products such as pre and post workout supplements will provide value when supporting individual fitness journeys.
Matriarch nutrition shapes its formulas around the needs and attitudes of older women whose dietary needs have shifted with age.
Glow Guard
1 in 4 people say that mosquitoes are the most frustrating part of the summer months. This problem worsens when the sun sets, and we find them hovering around us and our light sources. The Glow Guard is an insect repellent camping lantern that uses non-toxic vapour to deter mosquitoes and other pests from entering your space. A mosquito mat is placed in the top and sits on a heating element that vaporised the active ingredients within the mat. The Glow Guard also features a ?twist-base? dimmable switch to allow full control over the atmosphere around the campsite, along with a collapsible design to aid portability and durability.
