Paddlelume
Paddleboarders being blown out to sea are fuelling a 20% surge in lifeboat rescue missions due to a steep increase in the water sport's popularity. This problem resonates with me having paddleboarded myself.
Focusing on the safety of the user, Paddlelume reveals their location in both day and night, ensuring they are found by the coastguard. The product releases fluorescent sea-dye that can be seen from up to 10km away. PaddleLumes LED flare boasts an 18 hour battery life on flashing S.O.S mode, is IP48 rated and has been designed to be repaired rather than replaced. Unlike current products on the market, Paddlelume is accessible and affordable to hire for novices, ensuring their safe return. It's robust design is IP48 rated and is designed for to be repaired, not replaced.
Solar Bike Light
Bikepacking, (multi-day cycling adventures on dirt roads, trails, and gravel) has risen in popularity over recent years and requires quality equipment that saves space. With sustainability and practicality at the heart of the design, the solar powered bike light operates off-grid. A day?s cycling in the sun can provide enough power for the entire day, or charge the device when access to electricity is limited.
It?s a 4-in-1 product, acting as a bike light, head torch, hand-held torch & hanging lantern. The product's various mounts and accessories that can be purchased separately enable these multiples uses, reducing the equipment needed and saving space. The light has a premium high quality feel and has been designed to withstand the harsh outdoor weather conditions it may face.
